Through this website, we have provided access to many documents to help answer your questions and to update you on projects, events, and initiatives that relate to your water and sewer service. We are in the process of updating our website to better connect with our customers and the community, and we will be working to keep the information as current as possible.

RSWA Truck Speed Transparent

The speed limit in The Hideout Community is 25 miles per hour.  Please use caution when driving in safety zones and construction areas.

All RS&W Employees are required to wear their neon yellow shirts with our logo and operate an officially labeled vehicle.  You may ask to see our Employee ID Badge as well.  If someone approaches your home and cannot display one of these three listed, you can call our office to verify they are our representatives.  In most cases a customer will be contacted ahead of time before arriving.
