Viewing PDF Files

Many of the documents on this website are provided in the Adobe PDF format. If you are unable to view PDF files, you can go to the link below to obtain the Adobe Reader application. Be sure to select the appropriate version for your computer, and you can uncheck any "Free Toolbar" boxes since the toolbars are not needed to view PDF files.

To save to your computer, right-click the file and save it to a known location. 

  1. Right-click on the link to the file you want to download
  2. Choose “Save/Download Target As …”
  3. Choose where you want to save the file on your hard drive
  4. Click ‘Save’

RS&W needs to remind our customers & inform our newest members of the community, that the Radio, Touchpad & Meter on or in your home or located on a post near the road, are not to be tampered with. With the ending of the 1st Qtr here in the Hideout, unfortunately we were faced with a large increase in radios & touch pads missing & meters not reading.

It is important for every homeowner to be aware of what these are, where they are located and most importantly, again, they are not to be tampered with.

Should you be planning any renovations to the interior area, where the meter is located or to the exterior where the radio is mounted, or landscaping near a radio post, you will need to call RS&W for an inspection, or temporary removal of the device, until construction is completed. If a device goes missing during construction or at any time, the homeowner will be charged for a new device to be installed.

There is no charge for this service, as we understand renovations will be done on homes. We appreciate your cooperation and do not wish to have to charge anyone for a new device, that was removed or disconnected in error.
