MuniBilling is switching their online payment provider effective midnight on December 31, 2025. ALL AutoPay customers will be unenrolled prior to the switch. A notification will be sent via email and text message to all AutoPay customers on January 2, 2026, advising that you will be able to re-enroll. AutoPay customers will have to re-enroll in the customer portal prior to the January 31, 2026, billing due date to be eligible for autopayment.

Report Water/Sewer Emergencies in The Hideout - RS&W’s staff is on-call 7 days per week; 24 hours per day.
If you have a water or sewer emergency, call (570) 698-6162, press option #1, to leave your name, lot number, and phone number where you can be reached and your call will be returned promptly.
For all emergency, service, and billing matters, please call our office phone.
Our email address is for general inquiries and should not be used for any matters requiring a prompt response.
All non-emergency service calls require 24 hour notice to schedule an appointment during regular working hours.
• Cannot be made via email: A phone call to the office between 8:30AM–4:30PM Monday–Friday must be made.
• Messages left after hours will not be considered 24 hr notice: they will not be scheduled for the following day.
• No Show for a scheduled appointment: if sufficient prior notice is not given, a missed appointment will be charged to your account.
• A WAIVER of responsibility MUST be filled out and signed for a Water Off with no one present at the house.
• NO Services will be restored to a dwelling without a homeowner or approved representative present at the appointment.
