MuniBilling is switching their online payment provider effective midnight on December 31, 2025. ALL AutoPay customers will be unenrolled prior to the switch. A notification will be sent via email and text message to all AutoPay customers on January 2, 2026, advising that you will be able to re-enroll. AutoPay customers will have to re-enroll in the customer portal prior to the January 31, 2026, billing due date to be eligible for autopayment.

The General Liability Waiver Form was put into place to protect the homeowner, as well as, Roamingwood Sewer & Water from financial responsibility for property damage as a result of contractor error / negligence. RS&W pursues all claims on behalf of the homeowner to obtain financial reimbursement and/or restoration of damages. We have been 100% successful to date in claims resolution.
