MuniBilling is switching their online payment provider effective midnight on December 31, 2025. ALL AutoPay customers will be unenrolled prior to the switch. A notification will be sent via email and text message to all AutoPay customers on January 2, 2026, advising that you will be able to re-enroll. AutoPay customers will have to re-enroll in the customer portal prior to the January 31, 2026, billing due date to be eligible for autopayment.

Yes, RS&W can change our rates without outside oversight just as the POA can change its rates. Many of our members reside or have moved from other areas that have Political Subdivisions, Authorities, Commission, etc. that oversee utilities and approve/control rate increases and they expect that to be happening here. Ultimately, we both answer to the Hideout Membership.
