MuniBilling is switching their online payment provider effective midnight on December 31, 2025. ALL AutoPay customers will be unenrolled prior to the switch. A notification will be sent via email and text message to all AutoPay customers on January 2, 2026, advising that you will be able to re-enroll. AutoPay customers will have to re-enroll in the customer portal prior to the January 31, 2026, billing due date to be eligible for autopayment.

The primary reason is cost. Per the Engineer’s Master Plan report, low-pressure sewers (with grinder pumps) will cost the Hideout $25.5 million LESS than replacing the gravity system in kind. This is mainly due to the depth of excavations needed to run gravity sewer mains through the hilly terrain of the Hideout.
